INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years of general experience in Civil works.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion of Land development work or Road work or Embankment work in a single contract amounting not less BDT 1900.00 lakh for each package during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 3600.00 lakh over the best 03 years in the last 05 years for each package.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderers shall be BDT 750.00 lakh for each package.
e) The required minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 2200.00 lakh for each package.
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender documents must be fulfilled. |
