| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Required Experience:Participation (as single entity or partner of JV or subcontractor) in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years outside the Bidder’s home country and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of Bidder’s participation is minimum USD 4.50 million. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 300 MMSCFD capacity gas Metering Station (MS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS) on EPC/Turnkey basis.
• Experience in Key Activities: For the above or other contracts executed during the period and of capacity stipulated in above, a minimum experience in the following key activities:(1) Design and Engineering of Plants which includes at least KOD module, filter module and metering module.(2) Procurement, and Transportation of Plants. (3) Fabrication and Installation of Plants. (4) Testing and Commissioning of Plants and Facilities.
• Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of US$ 10.0 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, for best 3 (three) years within the last 5 (five) years.
