a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,75,00,000 (One Crore Seventy Five lac only).
c) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 2,32,00,000
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Seven (7) Crore over the last five (5) years
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) only |
