INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(b) (i) Having experience in successfully completion of at least one number of Building Construction work includes Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works etc in a single no of tender/Contract amounting Tk. 17.00 Crore in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years. Self work/ Private work will not be entertained for the work experience.
(ii) Contractor must have internal electrification working Experience in minimum 15 story Building amounting Tk. 3.00 Crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
(c) The required average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 90.00 Crore over the last 05(five) years .
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 Crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive).
(e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 22.00 Crore
(f) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(h) In case of JVC / JVCA and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderers are shown in Tender Data sheet of tender documents. |
