INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of general experience
10 years
(B) Experience in a successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar
Building construction work in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous
organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at
least Tk. 65.00 (Sixty-five) Lac in a single tender.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than
Tk. 100.00 ( One hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities
of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty) Lac, in case of Line of Credit,
certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2-a from any
scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered
as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty
Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration
Certificate.
(F) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from
Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender
documents must be fulfilled
Note:
(A) As per the latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the
tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost
estimate, the tender will be rejected. |
