(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], (b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 Contract of Similar nature in a single tender successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value as state below[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) The required average annual construction turnover in the last 05(five)years for each lot as stated below [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines for each lot within the period of tender invitation and dropping as stated below, (e) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate & Vat Registration Certificate, (f) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document (Original), (g)The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed. (h) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS). |
