INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in building construction works
(b)Having minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of Supply, installation of curtain system, seating arrangement and acoustical treatment, construction of wooden stage etc in Auditoriums of minimum 400 ( Four Hundred ) sitting capacity of minimum Tk. 125.00 (One hundred and Twenty five) lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(c)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 500.00 ( Five Hundred ) lacs. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d)The Tenderers shall have a minimum amount of working capital or free funds (liquid assets) not less than 150.00 ( One hundred and Fifty ) lac
(e)The Tenderers shall have minimum amount of tender capacity not less than Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) lac
f) Tenderer must have to submit upto date income tax clearence certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, upto date trade license.
g) Must have to submit Upto date A B C Contractors & Supervisory license issued by the electrical licensing board of Bangladesh .
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
(i) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender without assigning any reason whatsoever. |
