INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature building construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 325 (Three Hundred and Twenty five) Lac.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled
(H) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three).
Note:
(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(B) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected based on past performance. |
