Eligibility and Qualifications requirements of the Bidder:
(i) The Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least five (5) years of general experience in supplying electrical goods and related services (i.e. years counting backward from the date of IFB publication).
(ii) a. The Bidder shall at-least have experience of supplying similar goods with an aggregated value of US$ 4million or equivalent in not more than three contracts, within the last seven (7) years (i.e. years counting backward from the date of IFB publication)
b. Experience as a contractor or sub-contractor in at least two contracts of industrial buildings and/or testing facilities that have been successfully and substantially completed within last five years (i.e. years counting backward from the date of IFB publication).
(iii) Bidder shall have at least the minimum average annual turnover of US$ 6,000,000, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within best three (3) years of the last five (5) years.
(iv) The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following cash-flow requirement:
US$ 3,000,000 or equivalent.
