INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) Bidder must have minimum 05 (five) years experience of building construction works in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private Organizations in Bangladesh.
ii) Bidder must have minimum 02 (Two) Permanent B.Sc qualified Engineers (01 Civil & 01 Electrical) related to the same works.
iii) Upto date Trade License.
iv) Upto date VAT Registration Certificate.
v) Upto date Income Tax Certificate.
vi) Bidder must have ABC license for electrical works.
vii) Bidder must submit satisfactory completion certificate at least 02 (Two) Nos of multi-storied buildings with the value at least Tk. 02 (Two) Crore each under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private Organization in Bangladesh within last 05 (Five) years from the notice date.
viii) Bidder must submit average annual construction turnover which shall be greater than Tk 04 (Four) Crore over the last 3 years from notice date.
ix) Bidder must submit the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer which shall be Tk 2.0 (Two) Crore.
