Total quoted amount by the contractor must not be more less or more above than 5% of the official estimated cost otherwise tender shall be rejected. If more than one responsive tenderers quote the same amount then the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected by as per rule. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
