| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Minimum specific experience (River bank erosion protection/construction of the bamboo bandaling structures) at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years. The minimum value of 1 contract will be 68 lac for sl.no. 26-29 & 34 lac for sl. no. 30.
• Latest Trade License, VAT, TAX & TIN certificates
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) will be as per STDs
• Debarred/black listed tenderer by any Procuring Entity will be rejected.
• Tenderer shall submit all necessary information regarding past performance evaluation and rating matrix (ITT sub clause 40.3) within the last five years
• Tenderer shall submit all work completion certificates in favor of the average annual construction turnover within the last five years
• Tender Security amount must be submitted in favor of “Director General, River Research Institute, Faridpur”.
