Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this Bidding:
(i) The Bidder shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of US$ 71.00 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 10 (LOT 1); US$ 49.00 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 11 (LOT 2) and US$ 44.00 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 12 (LOT 3); calculated as total certified payments received within the last 5 (five) years for contracts in progress or completed.
(ii) Bidder participated in at least One Contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 10 (Ten) years and that is similar to the proposed highway standard road and structure works, where the value of the Bidder’s Participation exceeds US$ 84 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 10 (LOT 1); US$ 58 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 11 (LOT 2) and US$ 52 million for SASEC-II/ICB/MP-3/WP 12 (LOT 3). The similarity of the Bidder’s Participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employer’s Requirements. The complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of Bidding Documents.
