INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"1st class enlisted Contractors of Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organization who have:
a. Minimum Five (05) years overall experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.
b. Completed at least one Construction of Heavy Duty Pavement (RCC Yard) or Similar nature of work in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last Five (05) years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value:
Lot-1 Tk.850.00 lacs in a single work order
Lot-2 Tk.400.00 lacs in a single work order
c. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last Five (05) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall be: greater than Tk.2750.00 lacs for both Lots
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be:
Lot-1 Tk.40.00 lacs in a single work order
Lot-2 Tk.20.00 lacs in a single work order
e. Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, List of works in hand with their contract values, 1st class Enlistment Certificate from Govt./Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization & Trade Licence.
f. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
g. Personnel Capabilities for each Lot :
i) Graduate Engineer (Civil)-1 Person. (Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction works)
ii) Work Supervisor-2 Persons. (Minimum 2 years practical experience in construction works)
h. Equipment Capabilities for each Lot:
The tenderer shall own or have assured access through lease, hire or other such method, the required number of essential equipments in full working order.
i) Pay Loader – 01 No.
ii) Dump Truck – 02 Nos.
iii) Excavator – 01 No.
iv) Road Roller – 01 No.
v) Mixture Machine – 02 Nos.
vi) Vibrator – 2 Nos.
vii) Water Pump – 01 No.
viii) Leveling Machine-02 Nos.
ix) other necessary tools/equipments/welding machine etc. required for the work.
Special Instructions.
i) Attested copies of all necessary supporting documents shall have to be submitted along with the tender that are to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent with their latest contact address and Telephone number. All such copies of the supporting documents/ certificates must be signed by the Tenderer or his authorized representative with date & seal.
ii) If any declaration/certificate/document submitted by the Tenderer along with the tender is found to be fake/forged/ false, the tender security (earnest money) shall be forfeited & the tender shall be declared informal, void and Non-Responsive.
iii) In the event of unavoidable circum stances, if the selling, receiving and opening of the tender cannot be done on the above mentioned dates, the next normal working day will be treated as the valid date of selling, receiving and opening of the tender respectively. Time and place shall remain unchanged.
