a) The Project Director now invites eligible firms/NGOs are invited for providing the services
b) Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) are available in the MoWCA official website: www.mowca.gov.bd
c) The firms/NGOs will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, February 2025, and Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
d) Expressions of Interest shall be submitted by November 06, 2025, at 15:00 PM in sealed envelope sent to Project Director and be clearly marked Expression of Interest for the above-mentioned service. The soft copy must be sent by email: (pdisomowca24@gmail.com) or in pen drive. |
