| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consultant’s duties and responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
a) To supervise the construction work as per drawing & design and ensure overall quality of construction works & construction materials during construction.
b) If required perform review of drawing and give recommendation for on-site modification during implementation. To prepare any detailed modification drawing. |

The eligibility of the Consultancy Firm (National) in providing the services are as follows:
a) The Consulting Firm must have a General Experience of at least 5 (Five) years.
b) The Consulting Firm(s) submitting Expression of Interest must have Specific Experience as satisfactory completion of services related to Construction Supervision, Monitoring and Quality Control at various type of infrastructure including Building, Mosque, Roads, Hospital, School etc. in the last 5 (Five) years.
c) In case of Joint Ventures (JV), maximum member of JV will be 03 (Three) and both Lead Partner and Other Partner must have the above experiences of rendering the Consultancy Services within the respective mentioned years.
d) The Consulting Firm(s) shall have valid Legal Registration Certificate from Competent Authority/ Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate (updated), VAT Registration Certificate.
Interested Consultancy Firm (National) are invited to provide the following information with evidence indicating that they are qualified to perform the services:
(i) Background of the Firm including general information;
(ii) General & Specific Experience of the Firm including area of expertise;
(iii) Summary of similar completed/ongoing projects including total professional man-month and contract amount;
(iv) Financial capability of the Firm including audited financial reports;
(v) Summary of permanent professional employees with key personnel’s qualification and experience;
(vi) Summary of logistics and other facilities to carry out the service. |

b) EOI Submission Place: Superintending Engineer (Procurement), Coal Power Generation Company Bangladesh Limited (CPGCBL), Unique Heights (level-17), 117-Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Eskaton, Dhaka-1217.
c) The EOI shall be submitted in 2 (Two) sets (One original and one copy) in sealed envelopes including soft copy with CD/Pen drive to the above-mentioned place within specified date & time.
d) The EOI Proposal shall be written in the English language. Correspondences and documents relating to the EOI Proposal may be written in English or Bangla. |
