| Brief Description of Assignment |

(a) Package : SD-1 Individual Planetarium Consultant (International)(Time Based)
1. To monitor the installation, testing, commissioning of the Planetarium System,
2. To prepare compliance report of the commissioned Planetarium System and its accessories as per technical specifications,
3. To list out the executable tests during the pre-commissioning, commissioning stage for ensuring the functionalities of the Planetarium System as specified in its Technical Specifications,
4. To assist acceptance committee by preparing check list as per Technical Specifications and BoQ with necessary recommendations,
5. To prepare the “As built Drawings” of the commissioned planetarium,
6. To train the operators for maintenance and operation;
7. Any other services related to the project as per instruction of the project Authority
(b) Package : SD-2 Individual Exhibits Consultant (International) (Time Based)
1. To select suitable location for scientific & digital exhibits, XD Simulator & Immersive Ride Simulator and to monitor, installation, testing and commissioning work for Scientific and Digital Exhibits, XD Simulation Theatre and Immersive Ride Simulator
2. To list out the various executable tests during the pre-commissioning and commissioning stage for ensuring the proper functionalities of the Scientific and Digital Exhibits, XD Simulation Theatre and Immersive Ride Simulator in line with their Technical Specifications
3. To prepare compliance report of the commissioned Scientific and Digital Exhibits, XD Simulation Theatre and Immersive Ride Simulator and their accessories as per Technical Specifications
4. To prepare the check lists as per Technical Specification and BoQ of Scientific and Digital Exhibits, XD Simulation Theatre and Immersive Ride Simulator for carrying out the Acceptance Tests
5. To assist the Acceptance Test Committee in carrying out the various tests for ensuring the proper functionalities of the Scientific and Digital Exhibits, XD Simulation Theatre and Immersive Ride Simulator
6. To prepare "As built Drawings" and to carry out any other services related to the project as instructed by the project authority.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(a) Package : SD-1 Individual Planetarium Consultant (International)(Time Based)
Planetarium Consultant should have at least-
1. Masters Degree in science or B. Sc. Engineering Degree;
2. Fellow of the International Planetarium Society will be preferred;
3. 10 years general experience in related field.
4. 07 years specific experience in detail consultancy for Planetarium system.
5. the Experience of installation, testing, commissioning of at least 03 (three) new planetarium.
Exhibits Consultant should have at least-
(b) Package : SD-2 Individual Exhibits Consultant (International) (Time Based)
1. Masters Degree in physics/ astronomy/ related discipline or B. Sc. Engineering degree in related field;
2. 10 years general experience in related field;
3. 07 years specific experience in consultancy service or leading role in selecting and setting up scientific & digital exhibits/XD Simulator with satisfactory operation.
4. Knowledge in 4.0 IR will be preferred; |
