| Brief Description of Assignment |

The scope of the Consultancy services primarily includes preparing the feasibility study of Road or Flyover(which is more appropriate) including approach road,traffic study,geotechnical investigation,environmentaland social impact assessment, land acquisition plan, resettlement plan and economic study for the above-mentioned services.Hence,the consulting services comprise the following components:
Task-1.Conduct all studies including Traffic Survey, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, RoadCondition Survey,Flyover/Bridge Condition Survey,Meteorology,Environmental & Socio-Economic Survey,Video Survey,Road Safety Audit, Economic and Financial Analysis and other related surveys that arerequired for the project.
Task-2.Prepare detailed analysis,plan and assessment for Financial and Economic Analysis,MathematicalModeling based on Environmental Assessment,Socio-Economic Assessment,Environmental ManagementPlan (EMP),Environmental Monitoring Pla (EMoP),Land Acquisition Plan,Resettlement Action Plan, TrafficModeling and other related studies as per requirement of the Procuring Entity. |

Interested Consultant must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service(brochures,registrations. availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.) The EOI's will be reviewed on thebasis of the following to prepare the short list (1) Registration of the firm(s) (2) Legal establishment of thefirm(s), TIN,VAT registration, Trade License etc. (3) General & overall experiences of the firm(s) (limited to03 pages) (4) Average annual turnover of the firm(s) during the last 05 (five) years (5) summary of permanentprofessional employees with key qualifications,(including academic qualification and experience adequacy toperform the assignment) (6) Experience in similar tasks over the last 5 (five) years (limited to 03 pages) |

Interested Consultant firm will be required to submit the EOI (One marked as "ORIGINAL" and Two other as"COPY' in separate envelope Both the "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" shall have to covered within a singleenvelope.) to the address below before the EOI closing date and time. EOI's will be opened in presence ofthe representatives of the participating firms, if any, on 02 September 2025 at 12.00 PM BST. In case of anyunavoidable circumstances such as strike, civil commotion Govt. declared holiday etc. EOI's will be receivedand opened on the following day. Upon receipt of the interested firms those are deemed best suited toperform the assignment will be short listed. There after request for proposal (RFP) document will be issued tothe short-listed firms. The consulting firm will be selected based on Quality and Cost Based Selection(QCBS) method in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPA 2006. PPR 2008 of GOB and itssubsequent amendments.
N.B.-All payment will be made in Bangladesh Taka. |
