The consultant will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and design for improving the drainage system, including relocation of the outfall in Chapai Nawabganj Municipality. This includes assessing technical alternatives and alignments should be proposed, prioritizing solutions that avoid land acquisition and resettlement. Stakeholder consultations will inform the design, and cost estimates will be prepared for key components. Findings and recommendations will be documented in the feasibility report.
