| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objectives of the project are to design, implementation and supervision of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for quality monitoring, increase reliability and quality of power supply, reduce power interruption and providing better customer services. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. The firm should have undertaken at least 2 successful assignments in power sector in past 5 years for a project involving infrastructure development. The firm also should have at least one successful assignment which is releted to SCADA.
2. The firm must have financial capability to handle the services of the similar activities and yearly turn over is at least 25 lacs in last 05 (Five) years.
3. The Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) now invites expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Consulting firm/ consortium for above mentioned Package under “Modernization and Capacity Enhancement of BREB Network (Dhaka-Mymensingh Division) (Special Revised)” Project to indicate their interests in providing the services. The following criteria will be followed for short-listing.
a) Establishment of the firm
b) Qualification of the firm (Overall experience)
c) Availability of the key staff
d) Physical resources
e) Experience in power sector
f) Specific experience in SCADA system
