| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• The study is formulated with a view to develop hydrological, numerical & mathematical models through Survey and Data Collection, Pump test and related activities to assess the state of surface water and groundwater resources in the North-Central Hydrological Regions of Bangladesh.
• Survey, investigation, data collection and processing and Preparation of union wise aquifer map.
• Training and Capacity building with exposure visit

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. The consulting firm/firms must have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience in Hydrological Investigation & Modelling and aquifer mapping.
2. Must have experience in the design, development, and implementation of at least eight (08) projects in the field of water resources. Preference will be given to candidates with at least three (03) completed projects in government agencies, one of which must have a contract value of at least BDT 10 crore.
3. Must have audit report of the previous 03(three) years and the audit report must reflect the average yearly turnover of the firm at least BDT 5crore.
4. Must have minimum BDT 3 (three) crore as liquid assets (certificate or proof on availability of liquid assets or fund availability, must be issued 03(three) months from the date of EOI submission by the concern authority)
5. Interested firms(s) may form Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) with other local firms to enhance their qualification and experience.
6. All JV firms must have experience in Water Resources Project in Government Sector.
7. Relevant CV of professionals as per ToR should be included in the expression of interest. |

At least 05(five) projects completion certificates/testimonial in the field of Water Resources, 8. List of Hydrological investigation and modeling professionals along with professionals of JV firms including their Name, Designation, Mobile no., Email, Joining date, Project experience and role, Academic background and Expertise; 9. Expression of interest shall be submitted in four sets (1 original + 3 duplicates) |
