| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objectives of this assignment will be the following: • Develop a web-based system including marginal beneficiary selection & database management and buy-sale PAUSE system. • Provide Support & Maintenance Services of the system. • Provide training to the users about using the system. • Provide Technical Support and guidance for all levels of users online and offline. For details see the ToR in the project website (dss.gov.bd) |

"i. Minimum 10 years experience in Software business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
ii. Must have 5 years practical experience of developing web-based database Management/e-learning Management with similar technology as major or partner solution provider.
iii. Must have experience of developing Software Solution for Government of Bangladesh in either Government or international development partners in database Management/e-learning Management which runs on more than 1 distinct offices and locations.
iv. Need to have Test Environment ready with equipped devices at vendors premises.
v. Should demonstrate its logistical capability (Such as: office nos. and space, office equipment, manpower and other available resources). For details see the ToR.
vi. Should demonstrate its strong financial capability (must submit last 2 years audited report, bank solvency certificates) and yearly turnover must be at least BDT 80 (Eighty) lakh.
vii. Should demonstrate its strong accreditation and national & international recognition (Such as: BASIS and other relevant membership, certification)." |
