INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services (“the Services”) includes, not limited to: (Detail scope of services are mentioned in the terms of reference):
i) Develop a framework for the identification of a blue-green network for DSCC based flooding hotspots.
ii) Develop a Riverfront District Development Strategy for a selected stretch along the Buriganga River in Old Dhaka; and
iii) Prepare studies, design briefs and drawings for a long-list of investments for about US$150 million and feasibility studies, bid ready documents, for about for USD30 million worth of priority investments. |

The short listing criteria are:
1. A registered consulting firm with minimum 10 years of general experience and substantial experience of working in urban area
2. Similar nature assignment experience within last 10 years from the date of submission of EOI
3. Experience in preparation of feasibility studies, design briefs and drawings for investments.
4. The consulting firm shall have sufficient and relevant managerial, financial and organizational capabilities and logistics for the assignment;
5. Availability of appropriate skills among staff.
6. Have experience in development partner’s funded similar projects |

Consultancy Firm may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a Joint Venture and/or a Sub-consultancy, In case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be Jointly and Severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. It is preferable to limit the maximum number of joint venture partners in 03 (three) including the Lead partner. Although the lead firm in the joint venture will provide the core expertise, each partner of the JV has to be reasonably qualified to take over the responsibilities and role of any of the partners that may fail to perform or withdraws. |
