| Brief Description of Assignment |

TSS is pleased to invite proposals from Bonafide investors (local/foreign) having own manufacturing experience as Strategic/Joint Venture Partner for Assembling/Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing the following:
a) Computer & Accessories b) Network devices c) Telecom devices d) Renewable Energy Equipment/System e) IoT devices f) Battery & Electric Vehicle(EV) g) Any other feasible Digital devices or software services. |

All local/foreign interested entities having own manufacturing experience are invited to submit a proposal for appointment as Strategic/Joint Venture Partner. The proposal should include brief information about the following:
a. Company profile of the applicant with details experience of manufacturing ability.
b. Business proposal with feasibility analysis.
c. Product Development Plan with investment proposal.
d. Sales and Marketing strategies.
e. At least five (05) years of experience of the firm in similar devices
assembling/manufacturing (example of past experience of similar
nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the
Business).
f. Financial resources of the applicant (Turnover of last five years).
g. Profit/Loss & Resource Sharing proposal with TSS
h. All relevant legal documents of the applicant.
i. Investment related existing regulations of Bangladesh Government must be fulfilled by the investors. |

i) Proposal should be submitted to TSS by mentioning the title of services including only one type of digital device with serial number at the latest 14 January 2025 at 14:00 hours (Bangladesh Time). All interested parties or investors are requested to contact for any query by e-mail to mdtss@tss.com.bd /mizan_mollah@tss.com.bd or by phone +88-02- 224410779, +88-02- 224411640 or by fax +880-2-9812700.
ii) All interested parties are requested to visit the website of Telephone Shilpa Sangstha Ltd. and take clear picture of it before submitting the Expression of Interest (EoI).
iii) Any interested party can submit their proposals for multiple products in that case proposals should be send separately.
(iv) Proposal shall be sent by sealed envelope containing one (01) original and one (01) copy of Expression of Interest (EoI) along with relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expression of Interest (EOI) for selection of Strategic/Joint Venture Partner”
(v) Soft copy of all the documents should be submitted during submission of the proposal. |
