Enhancing the capacity of the officials both from the Government and non-government relevant organizations to continue the achievements related with LDC graduation, seizing the graduation opportunities and overcoming the challenges of graduation. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Consultant must have at least Master's Degree from a reputed university, PhD from reputed foreign university will be given preference, At least 15 (fifteen) years of work experience in the field of development cooperation or public administration, at national and/or international level, Should have hands-on experience in designing, conducting, monitoring, coordinating or overseeing training program on international development cooperation, At least 3 years’ experience in works related with strengthening development effectiveness, Hands on experiences in and inputs Global Partnership Monitoring Survey. |
