The minimum qualifications and experiences:
a. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Business (Software Development). (Please provide work completion certificates along with copy of contract and RJSC certificate (if Applicable).
b. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2023-2024), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
c. Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 70 Lac in the last 2 years. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements.
d. Must have minimum liquid asset of BDT 65 Lac in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements.
e. Must have submitted following in-house key human resource list with CV (Business analyst, Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Documentation Expert, Test Engineer, Support Engineer, Mobile Application Developer – Android & IOS, DevOps Expert).
f. Must have submitted documents about the firms’ profiles, office setup, and other physical resources.
g. Must have practical experiences of developing configurable dashboard/ report/ service building/ development software platform with the government of Bangladesh or with development partners in Bangladesh or International organization or private sector. (Need to submit a copy of work order and completion certificate along with URL)
h. Must have at least one experience in similar type of software/ web platform (related to public service delivery, Data Management) (Need to submit a copy of work order and completion certificate along with URL).
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months. (Subject to the extension of the Project and availability of the fund) |
