| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The service falls under subcomponent 2.2 of the project, which focuses on "Skill Development of Youths for Employment." This initiative aims to enhance the vocational training of 500 women youth (aged 18-35) each of above-mentioned vocational skills. The PROVATi³ Project also has provisioned to provide decent employment support (wage and self-employment) including entrepreneurship development for poor youths in north-western flood porn areas. A large number of youths have been received skill development training by this time, but a little number of the skilled women youths have already been trained and employed from poorest family. The project area targets individuals from impoverished backgrounds, with priority given to those from poor families, though not necessarily from extreme poverty. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The service provider/training institute for the assignment should have to meet the following requirements:
i) Have an extensive experience in providing relevant vocational skill development training;
ii) Working experience with government agency/foreign funded project will add an advantage;
iii)Preferably NGO-MFIs have partnership with the Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation(PKSF);
iv) Experience in selected area will also give advantage;
v) Should have RTO from NSDA for above mentioned trade courses;
iv) Should have adequate logistic facilities and managerial capacity to provide discerned training;
vi) Interested NGO-MFI/Service Provider are requested to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Brochures will also include the registration number with MRA and TIN and VAT number, updated trade license;
vii) Organizational Capacity such as Office Space, Permanent/Pay Roll staffs information, logistic facilities etc;
viii) The financial capability shall be shown as Financial Turn Over supported by a registered Audit Firm for the last three years. |
