Supply of 05 Vehicles (03 for RAINS and 02 for SACP) with Drivers Hiring through Out-sourcing Services. |

Up to Date Trade License for FY 2023-2024; Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN) Certificate; VAT Registration Certificate with up–to-date VAT Return Certificate; Up to date Income Tax return Certificate for FY 2022-23; The tenderer shall have a Updated license from the inspector, Department of Factory & Establishment, Govt. of Bangladesh; Last 2 years Audit Report; Business Identification Number Certificate (BIN); Catalogue of vehicles (if applicable); Certificate of Bank solvency from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh; Experience & other documents described in tender schedule; Certificate/ Papers related to vehicle supply experience, nationality and Character certificate of tenderer, NID/Smart card; The main receipt of tender schedule; In the case of Updated Insurance/BIMA documents are to be included; The minimum 05 years of general experience in any government, non-government vehicle on hiring organization must be submitted as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor; The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Services of at least ONE contract of similar nature (Non-consulting services like out sourcing vehicle supply with driver), complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last five (5) years each with a value of at least of BDT One crore Fifty Lac only; The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT One crore Fifty Lac only over the last one years; The minimum amount of liquid assets i. e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be BDT One crore Fifty Lac only over the period of one month prior to submitting the tender documents; The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Document Sheet. |
