INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
|
| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Manage physical and virtual infrastructure, including requirements analysis, provisioning, security, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
2. Manage, optimize, and secure Oracle and other databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance with a focus on management and user needs.
3. Map out training strategy, schedules and implement training programs. Assess and plan the priority need for the further development of Integrated Budget and Accounting System (iBAS++) and Budget and Accounts Classification System (BACS) and implementation.
4. Work closely with PEC (iBAS++/BACS) to help stipulate policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure risk free and smooth electronic payment &transfer expansion.
5. Work closely with PEC (iBAS++/BACS). Prepare rollout strategy, implement and coordinate the rollout of A Challan system/EFDMS software throughout the country.
6. Work Closely with PEC to extract, check and analyses data and report findings design reporting formulas.
7. Support Front end (dot net) and back end (Oracle) programming of iBAS++/A Challan/EFDMS software of NBR.
8. Work closely with Team Leader to perform system development and maintenance support of the Safety Net Database.
9. Graphical user interface design and related programming of iBAS++ to improve user experience.
10. Establish and manage SOC, NOC to improve monitoring, analyze data, ensure compliance, develop policies, optimize performance, and collaborate with IT teams and providing reports for informed decision-making.
11. Help planning, provide support for iBAS++ rollout and implementation and prepare functional specification.
12. Review existing govt financial Rules and regulations of SAEs, SOEs and railway accounts. Prepare functional requirement to rollout iBAS++ modules in SAEs, SOEs and railway accounts, help to implement asset management module in government offices.
13. Work closely with PEC and Senior Functional Consultants. To lead & run each & every aspect of HR and administrative operations of iBAS++ scheme.
14. Prepare and update policies guidelines, procedures etc. of the business process implemented for the automation of different financial management and implement these compliance issues including security management system.
15. Installation, configuration, maintenance and support for servers, LAN & WAN related to iBAS++.
16. Provide user level support for SAE & SOE and other modules of iBAS++ rollout and implementation.
17. Install, Configure and Administer Server and Virtualization & Cloud System with different OS for multi-vendor Infrastructures.
18. Enhance security, monitor SOC and NOC, manage compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive network protection.
19. Provide user level support for A Challan System/EFDMS software.
20. Support in planning, arranging, organizing and executing training sessions under the supervision of the Senior Consultant (Training and Planning). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering or Equivalent Minimum 10 years' experience in IT field with 5 years' experience in working on Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Storage & System Administration related activities. Having vendor certification on Server, Virtualization & Cloud, Storage and System Administration is preferable.
2. Graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering or Equivalent Minimum 10 years' experience in IT field with 5 years' experience in working on Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, ADG, Grid Databases Having vendor certification on Administration is preferable Database.
3. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 15 years experience in government service; Experience in developing and implementing training plans and programs. Experience in implementing IT systems.
4. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Government service in financial management, work experience in areas related to fraud prevention and electronic payment will be given preference.
5. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Government service with at least 5 years’ experience in financial management.
6. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field. 10 years’ experience in related field with minimum 3 years’ experience in financial data analysis using statistical tools. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Stata or similar languages along with knowledge of public financial management systems is preferable.
7. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 8 years’ experience in software development. Experience with government financial management system will be given preference.

9. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT with 2 year experience in UI/UX design.
10. Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 8 of experience in IT field with minimum 2 years’ experience in System monitoring, evaluating, reporting and relevant activities. Having vendor certification on related field in preferable.
11. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Government service, preferably in using financial management systems.
12. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Government service in financial management. Work experience in SAEs will be preferable.
13. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Office management, preferably in government office/ project.
14. Graduation in any discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Public Financial Management System (PFM).
15. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT with 3 years in network management. Having vendor certification on network management is preferable.
16. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT with 3 years’ experience in providing software implementation support, preferably for GoB.
17. Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT with 2 years of experience in working on Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Storage & System.
18. Graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT field with minimum 2 years of experience in working on Security Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring & Administration related activities.
19. Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT and 3 years’ experience in implementing financial management system, preferably in GoB.
20. Graduation in any discipline. Hands-on experience on training events. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) and 5 years’ experience in office management with minimum 3 years in training management. |
