Conducting and monitoring of Road Condition Assessment of RHD Road Network and maintenance of GIS Portal by engaging Individual Consultant (National) for 24 (Twenty-Four) Months |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

For GIS and HDM Consultant
Minimum BSc Engineering in CSE/ Civil Engineering or equivalent from any recognized university. Membership of a recognized Professional Institution.
Professional Experience
Minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience in GIS and Other Database Operation activities.
Experience in the transport sector will get preference.
Suitability
1. Should have knowledge in Visual Fox-pro or Microsoft Access or SQL or equivalent database software;
2. Should have comprehensive knowledge in HDM-4 software calibration and running.
3. Knowledge in Project Analysis and Program Analysis of HDM-4.
4. A firm understanding of GIS related Geo Databases, Topology, Coordinate systems, data conversion and data management.
5. Knowledge in Managing and customization of ArcGIS Enterprise web GIS Portal.
6. Should be able to use interactive GIS and link the information of the other database with GIS software.
For Junior GIS and HDM Consultant
BSc Engineering in Civil/Geography/URP/CSE or equivalent from any recognized university or Diploma in Civil/Computer Engineering from reputed Government Institute. Membership of a recognized Professional Institution.
Professional Experience
Experience in GIS and Other Database Operation activities minimum 03 years for BSc Engineers and 06 years for Diploma engineers.
Suitability
1. Should have knowledge in Visual Fox-pro or Microsoft Access or SQL or equivalent database software;
2. Need to be able to program in languages such as Python, Java, Ruby and SQL.
3. Should have comprehensive knowledge in HDM-4 software calibration and running.
4. Knowledge in Project Analysis and Program Analysis of HDM-4.
5. A firm understanding of GIS related Geo Databases, Topology, Coordinate systems, data conversion, data management.
6. Should be able to use interactive GIS and link the information of the other database with GIS software.
For Survey & Data Operation Monitoring Consultant
Educational Qualification
Minimum B. Sc Engineering (Civil) from any reputed University.

1. Minimum 05 (Five) years of experience with the reputed Civil Engineering sector; experience in road survey activities will get preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and under tight time constraints;
