The Consultant shall have (i) Master’s degree in any field (Engineering degree will be preferred) (ii) Applicants having international accreditation or certification in procurement will also be given preference, (iii) Minimum eight (8) years working experience in Public Procurement work experience in relevant field, (iv) Work experience in development partners such as World Bank/ADB/JICA funded project in procurement activities will be given preference, (iv) Should have experience in preparation of tender documents and request for proposals for procurements of Goods, Works and Services as well as evaluation, and (v) Applicants having knowledge in e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system will have an added advantage. |

15. The detailed Terms of References (TOR) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours or downloaded from the DAE website (www.dae.gov.bd). The recruitment notice is also available at the CPTU website (www.cptu.gov.bd) and ADB website (http://cms.adb.org). The Project of FREAP, DAE now invites EOI from national professionals/specialists to indicate their interest in providing the required services. The EOI must include detailed curriculum vitae in ADBs format, The EOI along with the detailed CV must be submitted online through ADBs Consultant Management System (CMS) at http://cms.adb.org by 11:59 PM Manila time on or before 8 February 2024. Electronic submission in ADB CMS is mandatory and hard copies without electronic submission cannot be considered. Hard copies with ADB CMS submission are preferable. The consulting services are expected to start from March 2024. The location of consulting assignment will be Dhaka & Project area. The consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the "Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers". The EOIs will be evaluated based on the complete information provided in the detailed CV of the expert. |
