1.Senior Architect (Architectural Design of Building, 3-D Modeling and others as stated in TOR), 2. Junior Architect (Architectural Design of Building, 3-D Modeling and others as stated in TOR), 3. Junior Structural Engineer ( Structural Design of Building and others as stated in TOR),4. Junior Plumbing Engineer ( , experience in Plan, Design to the relevant field of assignment and others as stated in TOR) . 5. 1. Senior Architect --Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 14(Forteen) Years of experience in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala, Chittagong Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala and other recent code of practices etc;
- Should have Professional affiliation (IAB & RAJUK Enlistment);
- Computer proficiency in 2D & 3D Modeling by the application of appropriate software, 3D MAX, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Sketchup, Revit etc. and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. and other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
2.Junior Architect -- Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 8(Eight) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;

- Experience: Should have 8(Eight) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, ACI, BNBC and other code of practices;
- Should have Professional affiliation (IEB & RAJUK Enlistment); and Other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
4. Junior Plumbing Engineer- - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 5(Five) years working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, experience in Plan, Design to the relevant field of assignment i.e. water supply, sanitation, waste disposal, fire-fighting and rainwater harvesting of different Building work;
- Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, ACI, BNBC and other code of practices;
- Should have Professional affiliation (IEB / International Body); and Other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
5. Participation Expert- - Educational Qualifications: Masters in Social Science/ Public and Media Relations / Journalism/ Relevant discipline from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 10(Ten) years working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have excellent capacity in development participations, public relations or a related field;
- Capability and proven experience in crafting participation strategies with rural people and implementing them;
- Ability and proven experience in multi-tasking, in taking initiatives and working effectively under pressure; and Other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
6. AutoCAD Operator - - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree/Candidates having Drafting Course in AutoCAD or similar software may also apply.
- Experience: Should have working experience 3(Three) years for B.Sc. Engineering, 5(Five) ypears for Diploma Engineering & 8 (Eight) years for candidates having Drafting Course in different organization relating to similar assignment in relevant fields like 2D, 3D drawing of Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing etc;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Computer proficiency in 2D Modeling by the application of appropriate software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft etc and Other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
