"(1) Review the overall Financial Statements of the Company
a. The Financial Consultant will review the financial reports of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. (Company or “Titas”) whether the Company meets the requirement of the local/international Laws and regulation as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
b. The Consultant will report his findings along with way to improvment.
(2) Suggesting for best funding options
The Financial Consultant will assist in exploring the optimum fund-raising option for Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. (Company or “Titas”), guiding Titas to prepare relevant documents/informations for the fund raising and assessing the existing financial statements to meet the local/international investors.
(3) Prepare draft reports and final reports on above. |

1) The firm should have experience of doing Financial Advisory and fund raising for large Company .
2) The firm shall have BIN, Updated Trade License and legal capacity to do the services
3) E-TIN certificate & Income Tax return certificate along with acknowledgement slips of last fiscal year.
4) The firm has to submit a Bank Solvency Certificate along with Bank statement form last 06 (six) months.
5) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise.
6) Curriculum Vitae with photograph and signature for key professional of the firm. |

The EOI shall be submitted in two sets (one original & one copy) on or before specific date and time to the office of Director (Finance), Head office (3rd floor), Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited. The Proposals will be open on Date:26/02 /2023, Time: 12:30 pm in presence of the representives of the EOI applicants (if any). The EOI shall be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked with name of the assignment to the office of Inviting official. |
