INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
To facilitate export-import business process on global aspects, CCI&E developed and implemented Online Licensing Module (OLM) since 1st July 2019 throughout the country. To get full benefit of the digital system CCI&E has decided to engage an IT firm to provide Service Maintenance of the Developed Online Licensing Module (OLM) including Operational support and further improvement of OLM to cope with Modern Digitalized System. Detail TOR will be provided with the RFP to the short listed Firms. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested national IT Enable firms having 10 years experience including those currently in hand in providing IT service for development and implementation of computerized applications for digitalization, capacity to operational and maintenance records of such type activities are hereby invited to submit Expression of Interest (EoI). The EoIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following criteria:
• The firm must be a registered limited company in Bangladesh and have a valid membership Registration of BASIS.
• Age of firm.
• Brochure(s) of the firm and areas of expertise.
• List and details of experience of the firm in similar task (over the last 10 years).
• List of similar operational assignment currently in hand.
• Availability of appropriate experience and qualified Key professionals as per the mentioned EoI..
• Availability of resources (Logistics).
• List and details of overall Experience other than this type of assignment but software/hardware/networking/IT Enable service based.
• Nature, size, employer, location and type of input for contracts which are already been completed and currently in hand.
• Management strength including organogram.
• Bank solvency with credit facilities/liquid assets of minimum Tk. 3.00 crore (three crore).
• Shall have at least 02 (two) specific experiences in providing IT Enable service along with development, operation and maintenance having minimum contract value of BDT 2.0 crore (two crore) in a single contract completed in last 5 years having completion certificate and documentary evidence shall be submitted with the proposal.
• The firm shall submit duly attested copy of updated Trade license, Certificate of Incorporation & Memorandum, Income Tax Certificate for the assessment year 2021-2022/2022-2023, Vat Registration, Audited financial report over the last (03) three years to calculate average annual financial turnover not less than Tk.3.00 Crore.
• The EoI shall be submitted in 3 (three) sets (One original and two copies) and soft copy in CD/Pen drive in sealed envelopes to the address undersigned on or before the date and time aforementioned. |
