INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The project will provide training to 2400 Trainees on AI/ML/DL and AV/VR/MR/XR at 06 (six) different locations with Training, Materials, Teachers Honorarium, Certificate, Branding & other necessary Items. The training will be 216 hours of Technical Training and 72 hours of Language Training.
The Following Components may be considered as the primary scope for the above-mentioned service delivery as reference

A Firm is eligible to submit EoI for Maximum 02 (Two) Packages. EoI Submitting for more than 02 (Two) packages by a Firm will be considered as non-responsive.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Firm must have a solid technical background and operational strength to undertake this training service. The Applicant must have adequate technical ability skills and resources, Eligibility criteria are as follows.
1. General Experience:
Must be a Bangladeshi Firm having Five (5) years of General Experience in training on IT/ITES skill development field.
2. Specific Experience:
i. The Firm Must have at least 01 (One) Specific Training experience with a value of at least 02 (two) crores within last 04 (Four) years for each Package.
ii. The Firm have at least 01 (One) Training/ Development experience on AI/ML/DL and AR/VR/MR with a government/semi-government/autonomous agency within last 04 (Four) years will get preference.
iii. The Firm having previous experience of conducting similar training with universities will get preference.
3. Financial Capabilities (Average annual Turnover):
i. Average annual turnover of the firm shall be at least 02 (two) crores for 03 (three) years.
ii. The firm must submit update audit-reports for last 03 (Three) years.
4. Management Capabilities:
The consulting firm should demonstrate an efficient and effective management capability through its website, social media presence, brochure photographs of office, its management team/staff, its organogram, IT related facilities and equipment.
5. Human resource Pool:
The consulting firm should submit a list of the resource pool including the Key Experts, indicating their skill and knowledge & capability. The Human Resource pool should show how it supports teach into the relevant stakeholder community. CV/ resume of any expert/ staff at the EOI Stage is not required. (Detail CV/ resume with educational and experience certificate will be needed during RFP Stage)
6. Joint Venture:
The firm may form a joint venture (JV) as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Also submit JV Agreement with Stamp paper (Taka 300). For intent to form JV Letter of consent should be submitted is the letter head pad of the company. All the members of such JV shall be jointly liable for real and pre-determined inputs to the assignment. The maximum no of members in this association shall not be more than 2 (Two).
7. Legal Document:
Up-to-date valid trade license, TIN, 13 Digit BIN, Litigation certificate, Incorporation certificate Tax Payment and Clearance Certificate of the Previous Year.
8. Reward/Membership:
The firm may attach any certificate related to reward, ISO Certificate, Certificate of any association.
A firm/ JV will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method PPR-2008 Rules 103 (4) (ka). It is expected that the training will commence within November 2022. Interested Applicant may obtain Further Information by Contacting the below mentioned address.
