| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Emerging Technology:
• Submitted a report of Inception by analyzing the Stakeholders and scopes of work
• Performed R&D on Blockchain, Web3, Big Data, AI/AI Chatbot, Machine Learning
• Developed prototypes or proof of concepts and help to develop these into full-service offerings
• Knowledge transfer within the team and as well as a2i colleague on emerging technology
• Organized Workshop with Stakeholders and Submitted a report on Workshop Outcomes with emerging technology status and scope of the implemented services.
• Submitted a report on the implemented Services and Guidelines.
2. Enterprise Integrator:
• Development and release standard documents and guidelines to ensure technology solutions compliance with the myGov architecture.
• Create guideline and assist service providers to ensure software solutions deployment, database structuring and technology selection.
• Update technology and standards to address emerging security & system vulnerability for sustainability of the solutions by using emerging technologies.
• Ensure steady progress of a2i’s different platforms along with its building blocks to meet the integration principles.

1. Emerging Technology:
I. Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in CSE/CS/Computer Engineering/Information Security/Information Systems Management.
II. Experience:
• At least total 05 years’ experience of working in analysis, design, development and implementation of web-based enterprise applications and portals in multiple development platforms (i.e. ASP.Net, PHP, JAVA, Python etc.) with different databases including MySQL/ORACLE/SQL Server/NoSQL DB.
• Minimum 03 years specific experience in emerging technology.
• Previous work experience with UN agencies or government of Bangladesh will be an added qualification.
2. Enterprise Integrator
I. Academic Qualifications:
• The incumbent should have minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Systems.
II. Years of experience:
• At least total 8 years’ experience of working in analysis, design, development and implementation of web-based enterprise applications and portals in multiple development platforms (i.e. ASP.Net, PHP, JAVA, Python etc.) with different databases including MySQL/ORACLE/SQL Server/NoSQL DB.
• Minimum 3 years’ specific experience in enterprise solution/system architecture design.
• In-depth knowledge of designing Enterprise solutions, large scale Content Management as well as technology understanding on Mobile Apps, APIs and Big Data will be an added advantage.
• Previous working experience with UN agencies or government of Bangladesh will be an added qualification.

Aspire to Innovate Programme invites the interested eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services in accordance with the Terms of References (ToR) provided in RFA. This shall require confirmation through submission of CV and other documents described in the Request for Application (RFA).
Expression of interest shall be submitted by 11:45 am (BST) on 2nd October 2022 via email (recruitment@a2i.gov.bd) or hardcopy.
Interested applicants required to submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the application form (email or Hard Copy) which may be obtained (RFA) from the Aspire to Innovate Programme website: www.a2i.gov.bd or ICT Division website: https://ictd.gov.bd Applicants may also obtain RFA document through email. Please send your request to: recruitment@a2i.gov.bd.
Those who are to submit hard copy, a box will be kept in 6th Floor of IDB Bhaban, a2i Office, Agargaon Dhaka to submit application & necessary documents. Please bring NID/SMART card for entry at IDB Bhaban.
Consultant will be selected following PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. It is expected that the services will commence from October 2022.
