1. Senior Architect: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 15(Fifteen) Years of experience in different organization relating to similar assignment,
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala, Chittagong Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon & Oposharon) Bidhimala and other recent code of practices etc;
- Should have Professional affiliation (IAB & RAJUK Enlistment);
- Computer proficiency in 2D & 3D Modeling by the application of appropriate software, 3D MAX, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Sketchup, Revit etc. and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. and other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
2. Senior Structural Engineer : - Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 15 (Fifteen) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, ACI, BNBC and other code of practices;
- Should have Professional affiliation (IEB & RAJUK Enlistment);
- Computer proficiency in appropriate software, AutoCAD, ETABS, STAADPro etc. and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. and other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
3. Junior Architect : - Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 8(Eight) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment.
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;

5.Junior Electrical Engineer: - Educational Qualifications: Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any recognized University/Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree.
- Experience: Should have 5(Five) years working experience in different organization relating to similar assignment ;
- Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, elevation, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure;
- Should have sound knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, BBT installation; fire detection & protection, Stage lighting and Sound system, Conference & PA system, Access control system, Solar, lightning networking system etc.
- Should have Professional affiliation (IEB/International Body);
- Other job responsibility as stated in TOR.
