| Brief Description of Assignment |

The selected firm/company will be engaged to provide services for the post of Cook & Cleaners of Fire Service and Civil Defence. The firm should have the ability to deploy Cook & Cleaners for 02 (Two) years. |

All the documents to be submitted with the tender : Contractor license for related work, contractor company license issued by the Directorate of Factory and Establishment Inspection, trade license, income tax payment certificate, VAT registration certificate, financial solvency certificate from the bank, audit report for the last 3 financial years, contractor's nationality certificate, ownership certificate, blacklisted related establishments No. Undertaking, 1 copy of passport size color photograph of contractor/representative and relevant work experience certificate. All certificates must be renewed up to date. Apart from this, the proof along with the address of the permanent office in Dhaka must be submitted. Other conditions mentioned in the tender schedule must be observed. Any deviation from the terms and conditions of the said certificate and tender schedule will be considered as disqualification of the concerned contractor. |

(a) The manpower supplying organization should have permanent office in Dhaka.
(b) Should have 3 (three) years experience in manpower supply related work.
(c) All instructions regarding the tender mentioned in the schedule shall be duly followed.
(d) Authority reserves the right to accept any tender or reject all tenders without assigning any reason.
(e) Bank draft/bank guarantee/pay order as tender security to be submitted Director General, Fire Service and Civil Defence, Dhaka.
(f) Rules including blacklisting against the contractor if any documents submitted by him are found to be false. Action will be taken accordingly.
