| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Review of Existing Architectural Working Drawing, 3D Perspective and Animation Work for different infrastructures on Evicted Foreshore Land of the River.
2. Modification and Review of Working Drawing, i.e. Structural, Plumbing, Sanitary, Electrical, Landscaping, Arboriculture and Plantation Design as per site condition for all ongoing packages on Evicted Foreshore Land of the River.
3. Review of estimate & BOQ with Design, Specification and detail Measurement following PWD rate schedule and Market rate analysis considering present market rate and RDPP.
4. Alignment of walkway in the site, selection of landing facilities with road linkage, review of the design of walkway, bank protection, Quay wall, RCC Jetty, RCC Steps, Spuds, Steps, Boundary wall as per site condition.
5. Construction Supervision and Monitoring at site (9 month) on evicted foreshore land of the River for all the packages.
6. Preparation of all sorts of monitoring reports on site-specific environmental issues/ conditions and compliance, site supervision Documents, like RFI, PR etc. for individual Packages on Evicted Foreshore Land of the River.
7. Inspect and supervise the day-to-day operations and activities, Review the progress and resources of contractor including key personnel, work plan, materials and their sources, Review and approve quality assurance plan etc.
8. Certification of Interim Payment Certificate and Final Payment certificate of every package submitted by contractor.
9. Certification of Variation of Construction work if there is any as per actual.
10. Project progress report as per IMED requirement;

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Having experience in both design and supervision for minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
2. The consulting firm should have experience as prime design and Supervision consultant for at least 01 (one) number of work on bank of the river of similar nature during last 03 (Three) years.
3. Design and Supervision of RCC Jetty, RCC Steps, Quay Wall, Walkway on Column, Walkway on GL, Bridge on Lake, Launch Ghat, Parking Yard, Road, Steel Shade, Bank Protection, Eco Park, Landscaping, Arboriculture, Plantation etc.

a) The EOI must include the following:
1. Company profile and individual directors’/ owners’ profile.
2. Latest auditor’s report on financial statements (In case of a consortium, each party’s auditor’s report needs to be submitted).
3. Bank solvency certificate.
4. Updated VAT, Trade License & Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate or similar documents.
5. Profile of the team of consultants.
6. Proof of similar job experience.
7. Declaration of company’s annual turnover and overall financial strength including current on-going project and future committed project.
8. Company Memorandum
b) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short-Listing process as per PPR-2008. RFP (Request for Proposal) will be issued to the short-listed firms from the office of the undersigned;
c) The 03(Three) sets of EOI (1 original + 2 Copy) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before schedule time, date & address in sealed envelope marked. |
