The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh. (Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with RJSC certificate(if Applicable)).
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022)/ Register of joint-stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2021-2022).
• Experience with project on health system development that was implemented successfully utilizing a World Health Organization-classified global good open-source product in the previous three years. (Please include project details, contract copy, and work completion certificates to verify the experiences.)
• Experience in The data warehouse and microservice gateway projects that were successfully implemented during the last three years. (To verify the experiences, kindly attach project information, a copy of the contract, and work completion certifications.)
• Minimum 1 successful implementation of a project with the Government of Bangladesh/Private Sector/any international development partner in the last 3 years. (Please provide work completion certificates along with the contract copy to prove the experiences.).
• Minimum average annual Turnover BDT 1.4 core for the last 2 years. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must have a minimum amount of liquid asset in form of a credit line or working capital shall be BDT 65 lac. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must submit relevant ongoing projects carried out by the organization. Please submit copy of contract, url and relevant documents.
