Project implementation schedule; 6. Raw & Packing material list; 7. Production machinery and equipment capacity & quantity list; 8. QC equipment list; 9. Animal house related work and machine list; 10. Research facility & equipment list; 11. Conceptual layout of Man-Material flow; 12. Utility machinery and equipment capacity & quantity list; 13. Estimated project cost according to each component; 14. Procurement plan; 15. Preparation of Development Project Proposal (DPP); 16. Project 3D animation; 17. Any other activity related to establishment of vaccine plant according to project need of consultation services. |

Minimum 5 years experience across highly regulated internationally recognized Biological & Pharmaceutical process experience (primary & secondary), Working to MHRA & FDA Regulatory requirements, Facility design to ISPE base line guides, Experience across highly regulated industries, Experience of working collaboratively in multiple partner projects across the globe, Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) partner – Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations delivering safe working practices, Taking concept design through Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and definition & costing & project execution using Front End Loading (FEL) methodology, Provide turnkey consultancy solutions to build state of the art bio manufacturing facility with particular focus on multi vaccines production. |
