INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting firm will have to perform following activities, but not limited to:
a) Envision, Study, Design, Develop/Customize, Test, Debug, Implement, Maintain and Support the developed Unified & Centralized Toll Management System with requisite modules, features fully complying with the functional and nonfunctional requirements set forth in the TOR.
b) Provide Software Maintenance Service of its developed/customized Unified Centralized Toll Management System including Change Requests, development of requisite new reports based on the changed requirements of BBA and implementation of changes through new policy/rate/business process by either BBA or the Government within the time frame.

Applicant shall provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the Services. For short listing of Applicants, the following criteria would prevail:
(a) Core business & years in business:
Preferably 05 (Five) years’ Experience in the relevant field related to the assignment.
(b) Relevant/Similar Experience
(i) The applicant shall have atleast 1(One)Number of similar assignments completed during last 10 years as a Firm.
Descriptions of similar assignment (under a single contract)
Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance to develop an Electronic Toll Collection & Management System of Major Bridge/Flyover/Highway/Expressway/Tunnel etc.
(c) Technical and managerial capability
-Availability of adequate number of appropriate experienced professional and adequate relevant resources to carry out the assignment.
(d) Financial capacity/soundness
-Type of Financial information for evaluating financial performance and financial situation of applicant shall be: Net Worth, Working Capital, Revenue, Profits etc.

Applicants are required to submit the following minimum “Supporting Documents” for substantiating experience, competency & capability and to facilitate the shortlisting process:
(a) EOI submission Letter including corresponding authorization
(b) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable)
(c) Legal documents (i.e. Trade /Business License, Tax Identification Number & VAT Registration Number or equivalent document, incorporation certificate etc.).
(d) List of completed assignments in the relevant field related to the assignment for substantiating core business & year in business (mentioning total cost, total input, employer, location of service, description of service etc.) .
(e) Update Brochure including administrative/managerial structure with company’s organogram and available organizational resources relevant to the assignment.
(f) Audited financial reports for last three years for demonstrating financial soundness.
(g) EOI shall be in a form of book binding mentioning page number including one copy marked as “ORIGINAL” and another 2(Two) copy marked as “COPY”.
Association with other Firm(s):
(a) Interested firms may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should mention whether the association is in the form of “Joint Venture” or “Sub- Consultancy”.
(b) The lead partner shall not authorize any other partner to sign the Application.
