| Brief Description of Assignment |

"(1) Review the overall Financial Statements of the Company
a. The Financial Consultant will review the financial reports of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. (Company or “Titas”) whether the Company meets the requirement of the local/international Laws and regulation as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
b. The Consultant will report his findings along with way to improvement.
(2) Suggesting for best funding option
(3) Physical verification of Fixed Assets, preparation of Fixed Assets register & valuation of Fixed Assets.
a. Collection of data from head office and field offices (Zonal, Sub-zonal offices & Operational stations/Sub-stations etc which is located in different point of Dhaka, Narayanganj, Narsigndi, Munshiganj, Manikganj, Gazipur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Netrokona, Kishorganj, Brahmanbaria, Hobiganj).
b. Conduct Physical verification & classification of assets.
c. Determine the condition of assets and prepare office wise register of all assets of Titas Gas.
d. Determine market value of assets.
e. Perform the revaluation of fixed assets in a professional manner and in accordance with assets revaluation rules of Ministry Of finance, International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) guideline.
f. Prepare draft reports and final asset revaluation reports of each Titas Gas of concerned lot.

"(1) Only enlisted' valuer firm(s) of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) can participate in this process as per BSEC guideline having experience of assets revaluation.
(2) The Consultants/Firms shall have requisite number of Experienced Key Professionals like Engineers/Chartered accountants/valuer/surveyor to carry out the valuation services. A list of Partners, Key professional, Articled Students and Course completed students and Experience in similar working conditions should be submitted.
(3) The firms shall have experiences in physical verification and valuation of fixed assets for any public sector utility as well as having experiences of Assessment of Financial Statement.
(4) All certificates of experience from the clients will be in client's letterhead indicating details address of client.
(5) The firm shall have BIN, Updated Trade License and legal capacity to do the services.
(6) E-TIN certificate & Income Tax return certificate along with acknowledgement slips of last fiscal year.
(7) The firm has to submit a Bank Solvency Certificate along with Bank statement from 01-07-2021 to 31-01-2022.
(8) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise.
Curriculum Vitae with photograph and signature for key professional of the firm.
