| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Scope of Services in brief are as follows but not limited to
• Perform Feasibility study and Reports;
• Ensure optimum use of land by preparation of detailed Master plan, Landscape design and layout plan including multi-storied multipurpose commercial /apartment buildings with basement and other relevant components for the projects;
• Providing detailed design & drawing for quality buildings by proper Architectural, Structural ,Electro-mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system and ancillary design in compliance with BNBC & international standard;
• Providing detailed design & drawing of external and internal transport network;
• Detailed design & drawing for environmental friendly buildings with rain water Harvesting system , Sewage Treatment Plant and Solid Waste Management and Solar System;
• Providing cost estimate for all components of the projects as per requirement of RAJUK;
• Initial Environmental Examination (IEE);
• Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA);
• Digital Survey and Report;
• Sub-Soil Investigation;
• Preparation of Two Separate Development Project Proposal (DPP);
• Providing 3D model, Perspective view and 3D animation;
• Detailed Construction Manuals;
• The consulting firm will have to assist RAJUK with Design and Drawings or any relevant requirements during the implementation of the Projects.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Local Firms, who have min 5 (Five) years’ experience of Detailed Architectural and Structural Design-Drawings of Multistoried (min 15 storied) Commercial or Residential buildings with proper feasibility study.
Experience of works in brief but not limited to :
a) Detailed Architectural design and drawing (i.e.-Master Plan, Landscape, Individual Components Plan, section and elevation);
b) Detailed Structural Design and drawing required for Construction work;
c) Detailed Plumbing & Sanitary Design, Electrical & Electro-mechanical design;
d) Applicant should have experience of DPP Preparation for Development Project.
e) Applicant should provide Incorporation Certificate, Certificate of Registration and Joint Venture/Consortium Certificate (if case of consortium only).
f) Applicant should provide necessary proof of completion of the Projects in the form of Client Certificate.
g) Legal status (Latest TIN, VAT & Trade License);
h) Availability of Resources (financial)
i) Availability of other Resources – logistical and support services of the firm
