| Brief Description of Assignment |

Sr. Software Engineer:
•Develop web-technological strategic planning, results-based management, and reporting.
•Develop guidelines, technical specification and terms of reference (ToR) on technological solutions with a focus on emerging technology.
•Promote, analyze, and test the usability and system integration.
•Develop architectural design and integration strategy considering the large-scale enterprise solutions.

Sr. Software Engineer:
I. Academic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Systems / Computer Science & Engineering / Management Information Systems or any relevant discipline.
•Industry certifications will be preferred.
II. Experience:
•At least 5 years’ experience of working with ICT/ICT for development issues.
•Experience in Requirement Study, System Analysis, Scope design, System architecture design of large scale e-governance or enterprise solution is desirable
•Should have profound experience in analysis, develop and implementation of web-based applications.
•Experience in designing and developing of any national level e-governance application will be considered as a strong plus

Aspire to Innovate Programme invites the interested eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services in accordance with the Terms of References (ToR) provided in RFA. This shall require confirmation through submission of CV and other documents described in the Request for Application (RFA).
Expression of interest shall be submitted by 11:45 am (BST) on 10 April 2022 via email (recruitment@a2i.gov.bd) or hardcopy.
Interested applicants required to submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the application form (email or Hard Copy) which may be obtained (RFA) from the Aspire to Innovate Programme website: www.a2i.gov.bd or ICT Division website: https://ictd.gov.bd Applicants may also obtain RFA document through email. Please send your request to: recruitment@a2i.gov.bd.
Those who are to submit hard copy, a box will be kept in 6th Floor of IDB Bhaban, a2i Office, Agargaon Dhaka to submit application & necessary documents. Please bring NID/SMART card for entry at IDB Bhaban.
Consultant will be selected following PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. It is expected that the services will commence from May 2022.
