| Brief Description of Assignment |

The specific assignments are (but not limited):
A) Determination of total number of beneficiaries & End Evaluation Survey,
B) To assess the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of interventions as well as, the sustainability of the results, and the degree of satisfaction of the communities in each of the settlements,
C) To evaluate the appropriateness of the strategies, guidelines and approaches used for implementing the project.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested Firm(s) should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: a) General experience; b) Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area; c) Financial soundness of the firm; d) Staffing and logistics of the firm, etc.
Interested Firm(s) have to fill & submit the “Prescribed Format for Submission of REOI (Form A, Attached with the ToR) along with the REOI. |
