INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The assignment is to provide Operational Support, Management and Maintenance of National Health Call Center “Shashtho Batayan” |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
The firm should meet the following criteria. Relevant evidence/documents must be enclosed in the EOI to prove the criteria.
1. The firm should have minimum 8 (Eight) years overall working experience,
2. The firm should have proven experience of large-scale implementation, Operation, Maintenance and Management of Call Center preferably Health Call Center in Govt. Sector under/within the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/Private Sector,
3. The firm should have specific working experience of implementation, Operation, Maintenance and Management of Call Center preferably Health Call Center in Government’s Ministries / Departments / Projects/Private Sector completed with minimum BDT 10 (Ten) crore in a single contract in the last 5 years;
4. The firm should have the capacity in operating Call Center preferably Health Call Center in public sector/Private Sector with handling more than average 10,000 calls per day.
5. The firm should have adequate BMDC registered doctors and related personnel to Operation, Maintenance and Management of Health Call Center with appropriate experience & qualification and List of personnel, who can be engaged to perform the assigned task.
6. The firm Must have own office and strong presence in Dhaka, Bangladesh with well-equipped;
7. The firm should have working capital/liquid assets/credit facilities not be less than 8 (Eight) Crore.
8. The firm should submit copies of last 3 (three) years audited financial report with minimum average annual turnover of the firm BDT 10 (ten) crores
9. The firm should have proven experience of working with short code/USSD/SMS/OBD broadcasting in association with all CMPOs
10. The firm should have BTRC approved call center license will get preference
11. Should provide BASIS/BACCO Membership certificates.
12. Should have international level quality certification (ISO:9001/CMMI Level-3)
The eligible IT/ITES firms are advised to submit the following additional supporting documents along with above-mentioned criteria:
1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of firm
2. Copy of latest Trade License of the firm
3. Copy of e-TIN Certificate and updated TAX Clearance Certificate
4. Copy of VAT Certificate
5. Bank Solvency Certificate
6. Bank Credit Line Certificate
7. Last 3 (three) years Audited Financial Report
8. Membership Certificate of BCS/BACCO
9. Copy of ISO: 9001 certificates/CMMI Level-3
10. List of Personnel
