| Brief Description of Assignment |

SD-5: Study Tour (Foreign): LOT-1 [The Training Management Firm will be responsible for management of overseas study tours of officers (different levels) of the Planning Division, Planning Commission & IMED including the members of the project team in 3 groups of 7 persons each. Each group will tour in a selected country from USA, Canada, South Africa and North American Countries. Area of study visit will be ‘Digital Planning System’] and LOT-2 [The Training Management Firm will be responsible for management of overseas study tours of officers (different levels) of the Planning Division, Planning Commission & IMED including the members of the project team in 3 groups of 7 persons each. Each group will tour in a selected country from Australia, UK, France and South Korea. Area of study visit will be ‘Change management’].
SD-6: Training (Foreign): Officers of the Planning Division including the member of the project team those who are directly involve in the ICT Management will participate in the training course. Two Group of five persons each will attain in short training course in Malaysia / Singapore. Area of training will be GDPR, Network Security and E-Privacy Data Protection Regulation. For each batch, destination country will be selected by procuring entity.
General Description: Study tour/training in abroad should be arranged through reputed training organizations/Institutions/Universities, responsible for training of the Government officers of the destination country. For each batch destination country will be selected by procuring entity.
The study tour/ training will include (1) classroom discussion by eminent professional faculties, university teachers and senior government officials on the theme/topics to be finalized by the project authority (2) visit to relevant government offices for having experience and open discussion (3) other related activities in home and the visiting country.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Minimum 6 (six) years of experience in organizing overseas training/ study tour under GOB.
b) Evidence of organizing and completion overseas training/ study tour [Photocopies of at least 5(Five) relevant contracts sign during last 5(Five) Years must be submitted as evidence]
c) Overseas training partnership/ Regional/ Global Networking with other International and Regional training Organizations / Institutions. The intending firm must show written evidences of partnership in the form of agreement/MOU or any other form of mutual collaboration signed with the organizations engaged in training of civil/public officials.
d) Evidence of permanent office (ownership document/ rental deed) in Bangladesh.
e) Evidence of ISO 9001-2015 Certifications.
f) Evidence showing capabilities of Pre-financing foreign training/study tour programs and receive payment after program completion.
g) Bank statement showing recent transaction/liquid asset of minimum of BDT 2(two) crore.
h) Evidence of competency and capability i.e. Brochures, descriptions of similar experiences. VAT registration documents, income tax Certificate, Financial Solvency Certificate, Audit Report (Last Year) must be submitted.
