| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of the assignment is to implement a Multi-Tenant Based Management Information System, with a dynamic design that is capable of including students, teachers, management staff of any number of colleges under National University (NU) for current and future uses. The system should be modular and be able to perform tasks mentioned in this ToR. Users should be adequately trained and with easy access to training materials including access to complete audiovisual training materials. All intended tasks mentioned in the ToR at its completion should be completed i.e., Need assessment, Business Process Re-engineering, Development of software, deployment testing and commissioning including data entry and reporting template, and capacity Building with in 6 (six) months after contract. At least 12 (twelve) months operation and maintenance after successful completion of deployment and capacity development. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Consulting Firm should at least 10 years’ experience IT-development of which at least 5 years relevant experience in the field of Software/web/App development and should have membership of BASIS. The consulting firm should have Experience of developing Educational Instruction Management System. The similar project experience with donor agencies (WB/ADB/WHO/UNDP or similar) will be given preference. They should have a strong team to carry out the assignment. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the assignment. |

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint-venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint-venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. |
