| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objectives of the assignment is to establishing and implementing the NU LMS platform and e-Learning environment to provide the quality education and teachers training. The details objectives are mentioned in the ToR. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
The Firm should have at least 10 years’ experience in Consultancy Service of which at least 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of Software/web/App development. The firm should have membership of BASIS. The firm should have a strong team to carry out the assignment. The firm should have experience of developing at least 2 nos Learning Management System (LMS) either for academic organization, supported by completion certificate, agreement etc. or own developed LMS for educational institution, supported by brochure, web link and user access to demo account for verification. The firm should have experience of 2 nos assignment in designing, developing and implementing services in educational institutions. The firm having similar project experience with donor agencies (WB/ADB/WHO/UNDP or similar) will be given preference.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the assignment. |
